I managed to write a page and a half today, and I am going to be honest, it’s almost as long as the original Chapter Five. As I said earlier it needed a lot of work and I was glossing over a few revelations the protagonist was having in this chapter.
I find it difficult to write due to the heat in my room. The AC does not ventilate well in here and there was not a cool breeze. I am lying on the floor with the fan on as I write, sipping some water.
Do as I do, stay hydrated! Keep on writing, even if the progress is slow.
If you skip a day, that’s fine, but if you want to continue set a manageable goal that you can accomplish even if you are busy.
